“I found the interview very enjoyable. I felt very welcomed when I arrived, the office was open and quiet, and the staff present were very friendly and approachable. I liked the idea of being seen and heard as a staff member, it makes me feel valued that my voice can be acknowledged, and my feedback is considered reliable.”

Work with us
Wellbeing Assistants work together in small hubs. They’re self-managed and responsible for a small group of clients, not the whole Rushcliffe area. That means they have more time to dedicate to tailoring the experience and to build close relationships with the people they care for and their families.
We value people above all. That means the individuals we support, their families, our team, the community, partners, and volunteers we work with. We do everything we can to make people feel happy, supported, and well cared for.
Your opinion matters to us. We work together to solve problems and shape our service to ensure we’re giving the people we support the highest possible level of care.
Why work with Care2Communities?
We don’t offer zero hours contracts and our staff are paid for their whole shift, not just time spent talking to or visiting the people we support.
