Technology-Enabled Care also means we’ll be monitoring and analysing information from your loved one’s home 24/7 to make sure they’re safe and so we can react swiftly if there’s an emergency.
Wellbeing calls, social calls and social care hours
How and when we check on your loved one is up to them. We understand that life happens, so we don’t restrict our calls or care hours to specific hours. As long as they’re used within the allotted time period that month, we’re flexible.
Wellbeing calls:
we’ll ring to find out how your loved one is feeling and remind them to take medication or that they’ve got an appointment coming up, for example.
Social calls:
we love a natter. We’ll call to check in, ask about your loved one’s day and support their overall wellbeing.
Social care hours:
we can help with a range of tasks from social care, community access and shopping, to keeping the house tidy, personal care and socialising.

Extras
Smart key fob: this works in conjunction with the Tec2Care Sensor and fits on a keyring. It will notify you when your loved one leaves the house and when they return home.
Extras
Key safe: we recommend installing a small key safe on the exterior of the property. The door key goes inside and can be accessed with a 4-digit code for emergency access.

If you do wish to proceed, we’ll arrange a visit to the home where the care will take place. We’ll get to know your loved one and create an individual support plan.
When you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you an agreement to sign, and install the Tec2Care Sensor. You receive text or email alerts if there’s anything you need to know.
We check in regularly with the people we support to make sure they’re getting the right level of care, and we even involve families in our recruitment process to make sure they’re happy with the person who will be responsible for their loved one’s care.
